Fall of Jericho - Joshua 6:15-16

"On the seventh day, they got up at daybreak and marched around the city seven times in the same manner, except that on that day the circled the city seven times. The seventh time around, when the priests sounded the trumpet blast, Joshua commanded the people 'Shout! For the Lord has given you the city!'" Joshua 6:15-16

What is Grace? Grace is the only thing left after we have worked our hardest and still failed. Grace is the reason for hope when every prop that we have ever used to justify our existence is knocked away. Grace is a place of peace when fear and judgement surround our minds. Grace crushes our pride because it is freely given and can't be earned. No sacrifice we make can add to it, enhance it, or make it better. Grace surrounds us but only enters our hearts when our lives are broken. Grace is love that is freely given. Grace is Jesus on the cross.
