Have you ever felt like that
little fifth wheel in the trunk of your car?
That little fifth wheel goes through life
for the ride, not seeming to do anything
useful, except on rare occasions when its'
limited abilities are required. Even then,
it is only used for a short amount of time
while the real wheel is getting fixed. We
all want our lives to have meaning and to
spend our time in this world accomplishing
worthwhile things. The real issue is how to
measure the accomplishments of our lives.
Take comfort in God's assessment: "And if
anyone gives even a cup of cold water to one
of these little ones because he is my
disciple, I tell you the truth, he will
certainly not lose his reward." Matt 10:42
